Hawaii Community College offers associate degrees and certificates in 26 academic programs. Students can gain knowledge and skills that will prepare them for rewarding careers, and they also can prepare to transfer to four-year universities.
“Pursuing a college degree or certificate is a game-changer in achieving a rewarding and fulfilling career, not to mention the positive impacts a highly educated graduate can bring to the prosperity of Hawaii Island,” said HCC Chancellor Rachel Solemsaas. “With our open door admissions policy, lower tuition rates, high-quality instruction and unique programs, Hawaii Community College provides excellent opportunities for students to fulfill their dreams.”
HCC is hosting an Express Admissions Day enrollment workshops from 4-8 p.m. July 28 at the Hilo and Palamanui campuses that will help prospective students navigate the enrollment process. Attendees can complete an application, receive their student number and learn about other key steps such as orientation and class registration.
Students also can apply online at hawaii.hawaii.edu.
